  • How much time in advance is it necessary to book one or few excursions?

    We advise to book your excursions as soon as possible so we can guarantee the guide service.

  • Do your tour guides have an authorization for the professional activity?

    Certainly, all our guides have an authorization of the government of the Sicily Region. We are cooperating with the best licensed tourist guides only.

  • Why are your tariffs higher than the offers of other companies?

    Because we are proud of cooperating with the best specialists in their field.

  • Can I book services of the tourist guide only?

    You can book only the walking tour in site. Our tourist guides do not get into the private or rented cars with non-pofessional dtivers.

  • Why are you sure that somebody should choose your services but not others’?

    The history has taught us that experience has the most value. Every day we find more and more new offers from aspiring drivers and tourist guides but we know that there is a lot of risk in the improvisation.

    So, if you pay for the Fiat you cannot pretend to get a Rolls-Royce, it's like asking a chimpanzee for a Morse code, but you will be very disappointed with the result.

  • Can I ask for a tourist guide service separately?

    Certainly, you can always ask for this service but please kindly send us your request in time.

  • Do you organize guided tours for groups?

    No, we don’t, we provide our clients with private services only

  • Can I add other people to the booked excusion or can I organise a group on my own?

    Yes, of course, you can form a group for the excursion by yourself, but please get sure that there will be enough seats for all passengers in the vehicle.

  • What would be the best time to start the excursion?

    The best time to start any excursion is in the morning hours. Some half-day excursions could be held after the lunch time.

    During the booking you are welcome to specify the time of your excursion and we will advise you the best schedule based on your preferences.

  • Will the admission fee to the museums or archaeological parks, tickets to the Etna cable-car etc. be included into the cost of the excursion?

    No, they won’t. All the tickets and other extra charge you will pay in place by yourself, we don’t include them in the cost of the excursion

  • Can I get a programme or an itinerary of the private tour in Sicily?

    Yes, we can issue an individual program of you private tour. The cost of the program vary from 300 to 1.000 Euro. The extra charge means that our time, as well as your own time, has its cost, so, our staff do not work for free.

  • Can I get any discount on the excursion?

    Yes, we provide a 10% reduce of the cost for the order of three excursions minimum

  • What languages do your guides speak?

    Generally we work with Russian and American tourists, but you can ask for an excursion in other languages, such as: Russian, English, French, Spanish, Portugal, German, Dutch and Japanese as well.

  • Which vehicles do you provide for excursions?

    Our company use only the Mercedes vehicles based on the number of people, such as: Class E, Vito и Viano. All our vehicles have a professional license for passenger transportation (NCC)

  • Do you provide luxury cars?

    Certainly, we have luxury cars, such as: Mercedes Class V, Mercedes Class S and Maserati Ghibli, etc. Naturally, the cost of these vehicles will differ from the normal tariff. We will issue a proforma invoice on your request.

  • Do you issue an invoice?

    Yes, we do. There would be 22% taxation added to the total price.

  • Can I pay with a credit card?

    Yes, certainly.

  • Can I get a payment receipt?

    Yes, of course, the driver or the guide will give you a receipt after the payment.

  • Do the tips for the driver and for the guide included in the price of the excursion?

    No, the tips are always on your discretion.

  • Can I cancel the excursion?

    Yes, you can cancel the booked excursion within 7 days before the date or in case of force majeure (severe weather, storm, disease etc.). A refund for the tour under other conditions is not possible.

  • Can we change the date of the excursion?

    Yes, you should contact our dispatcher and define another date for the excursion if available.

  • Should I pay for the child seat if I need any?

    No, the child seat is free of charge, you should only indicate the age of the child in the booking

  • What is the price for the lunch with the wine tasting on the Mt Etna?

    The price of the lunch with the wine tasting varies from 29,00 to 45,00 Euro and depends on the vineyard. You can choose an option that suits you.

  • How much is the wine tasting only?

    The price of the wine tasting varies from 15,00 to 25,00 Euro and depends on the vineyard.

  • What is the charge for visiting the barony estate "Castello degli schiavi"?

    The admission fee to the estate is 25,00 per person, the payment should be given directly to the owner during your visit to the estate.

  • Can I get any discount for the taxi service?

    We offer the special price for our taxi services, so, it cannot be reduced. But you can use our special price booking the both-way transfer at once.

  • How can I call a taxi?

    You can contact our dispatcher by phone every day round the clock, also on holidays and weekend using the number +39 333 1275225 Also via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram.

  • What can I do if my flight will be late or delayed?

    Please don’t worry, our driver will control the schedule and will wait for you in the airport, and there will be no any extra charges or penalties. In case you change the flight, please inform our dispatcher calling our 24-hour line.

  • What should I do if I cannot not find my driver at the airport?

    Please call to our dispatcher "+39 333 1275225" and he will put you in contact with the driver.

  • How much time should I wait for the taxi in the airport?

    Our transfer service is not a line of public transport and is provided by the private company, that is why your driver will meet you at the exit and will accompany you to the vehicle immediately.
